1. What is included in each ticket category?
- Silver Pass: General entry, welcome kit, and networking with attendees.
- Gold Pass: Everything in Silver + premium seating, exclusive community access, and food & beverages.
- Platinum Pass: Everything in Gold + VIP lounge, front-row seating, meet & greet with speakers, premium catering, and concierge service. -
2. Can I upgrade my ticket after purchasing it?
Yes! You can upgrade your ticket from Silver to Gold or Gold to Platinum by paying the difference in cost. Ticket upgrades are subject to availability.

3. Are tickets refundable or transferable?
Tickets are non-refundable, but you may transfer your ticket to another person before the event. Please contact our support team at least 48 hours before the event for assistance.

4. Will I receive a physical ticket, or is it digital?
All tickets are digital and will be sent to your registered email. You can show the QR code at the entrance for hassle-free entry.

5. What payment methods do you accept?
We accept payments through credit/debit cards, UPI, net banking, and digital wallets like Google Pay, Paytm, and PhonePe.

6. Is there a group booking discount available?
